ATTENTION AD TEAMS WITH HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY SWIMMERS

The Section 2 Girls Sectionals was an AD Observed meet for times to be loaded to SWIMS, for all currently registered swimmers. All swimmers in Section 2 are AD Swimmers. I have verified ALL swimmers in the Girls Section 2, Division 1 & 2 Sectionals Meets for current USA Swimming Registration and updated the meet file with their current data and USA Swimming ID’s. These times are loaded to SWIMS with all swimmers club codes as UN (unattached). The exports below have all the legal results (for SWIMS) included. I have tested the imports and if you follow the directions below, you can safely import the results for your swimmers to your Team Manager files.

1. Test the import by making a copy or doing a Backup of your TM file first!

2. Make certain that ALL of the swimmers you want results for are already included in your TM file.

3. Be sure you have the UN team in your file with the LSC of AD (add the UN team with the LSC of AD selected).

4. Import the results file and DO NOT CHECK the “Add New Teams/Athletes” selection. If you check this option, ALL of the swimmers will be added to your file. Also, do not indicate a specific LSC, leave blank.

Results for Section 2 have been loaded to SWIMS

Below is the corresponding file for the Section 9 Girls Sectionals. Both AD and MR swimmers were involved in the Section 9 meet. I have verified and updated the file to contain only those currently registered AD Swimmers. As this meet was held in Metro, they are responsible for the SWIMS load. I am not aware of the Section 9 policies for verifying swimmers for the SWIMS load and cannot guarantee all times are in SWIMS. You, the swimmers, are responsible to comply with the Metro policies to get your times in SWIMS.

The file is safe to load to your TM file, using the same instructions provided for the Section 2 meets above.
