Files (TM Import Results) Contain USA Swimming Registered Swimmers Only

Notes:
1. When importing results from the HY3 File, be absolutely certain
that all of your team members are Already In Your Team Manager File
AND you have the UN (Unattached) Team set up with LSC of AD.
When importing the results, DO NOT SELECT "Add New Teams/Athletes".
ALL swimmers are included as UN (Unattached) Swimmers, for the SWIMS load.
If you select the Add New Teams/Athletes,
you will get ALL of the Swimmers, not just yours.
2. If you have a swimmer who has swam a BEST Time in a Relay Lead-off Leg
please send an email to the AD Admin Vice Chair,
which indicates the school, swimmer name, relay, prelims or finals.
Due to the way SWIMS handles relays in Observed Meets,
very few lead off splits are loaded automatically.
