AD Sanctioned Meets

These meets are Sanctioned by Adirondack Swimming
*These meets are used to meet the participation requirements for AD Championship Meets
All Data is accurate and ready for Importing to your Team Manager Database
When Importing, be sure to Select ONLY the LSC and TEAM you want in your file

Out of District Meets

These meets are Sanctioned  by their correcponding LSC's
*These meets may NOT be used to meet participation requirement for AD Championship Meets
The data posted is as accurate as provided by the hosting LSC's
Data should be safe for importing to your Team Manager Database
When Importing, be sure to Select ONLY the LSC and TEAM you want in your file

Approved or Observed Meets

These meets are all Adirondack Swimming approved for the times to be loaded to SWIMS
*These meets may NOT be used to meet participation requirement for AD Championship Meets
NOT ALL PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO BE USA SWIMMING REGISTERED
PARTICIPANTS MAY BE REPRESENTING A TEAM WHICH IS NOT THEIR USA SWIMMING TEAM
It is STRONGLY ADVISED to "Test" import the results from these meets
to a DIFFERENT TEAM MANAGER FILE than your main file
THE DATA MAY AND MOST LIKELY BE DIFFERENT FROM
WHAT IS ON FILE WITH USA SWIMMING

AD Pending Meets

Pending AD Meets which have Bids Received
No Sanction Request or Other Required Information has been received
No information can be posted until the Sanction is issued

*AD Silver and Gold Championship Meets have specific participation requirements
Silver Championships requires that at least One (1) Sanctioned AD Meet must have been swum to participate
Gold Championships requires that at least Two (2) Sanctioned AD Meets must have been swum to participate
Athletes must also meet the cutoff time requirements
An Athletes Best Time Recorded to SWIMS, within the qualifying period, Is Used as Entry Time
times can be achieved in Sanctioned, Approved or Observed Meets
Please take notice, although an Out of District, Approved or Observed Meet
will Not meet the Participation Requirement for AD SC Championships Meets
the result times are used for entries as they are recorded to SWIMS
