There are two (2) components to Adirondack Swimming’s Outreach efforts
THESE ARE SEPARATE PROGRAMS AND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AD,
BY YOUR CLUB
REGISTRAR, TO SEPARATE ADDRESSES AS INSTRUCTED.

1. USA Swimming Outreach Membership
AD will provide
a discounted USA Swimming membership to all qualified applicants.
Your
club registrar will submit the completed application along with proof of
eligibility,
to the AD Registrar.

Application
Club Registrars MUST send the USA Swimming Outreach
Membership Applications to the AD Registrar.

2. Adirondack Swimming Outreach Grant Program
A limited number of Outreach Grants are available each
season.
Grants will be awarded by the Outreach Committee
based on demonstrated need as
well as special circumstances.
It is possible to be awarded a Grant without
meeting the financial criteria for an Outreach Membership.
All Grant Applications must be submitted to the
Outreach Chair, through your club
registrar.

AD Grant Application
Club Registrars MUST send ALL Grant Applications to the AD
Outreach Chair.
Tax forms (1040) copies must be included with Grant
Applications,
even if tax forms were also sent as part of the Outreach
Membership Application.
