Adirondack Swimming Outreach Programs

There
are two components to Adirondack Swimming’s Outreach efforts.
THESE ARE SEPARATE PROGRAMS AND MUST BE SUBMITTED AS NOTED ON THE FORMS .
1. AD will provide a discounted USA Swimming membership to all qualified applicants for a fee of $5. Simply submit the completed application along with proof of eligibility, as explained on the form. All of the required Outreach forms and fees must be submitted to your club registrar. Your club registrar will submit the Outreach Applications, USA-S Registration Forms, paperwork for proof of eligibility and fees, to the AD LSC Registrar, to avoid any delay in the processing of registrations. Please retain a copy of the Outreach Application Form to include, if you intend to apply for an AD Grant.

2. A limited number of Outreach Grants are available for the 2011 – 2012 Short Course season. Grants will be awarded by the Outreach Committee based on demonstrated need as well as special circumstances. It is possible to be awarded a Grant without meeting the financial criteria for an Outreach Membership. For more information, click on the links below. Coaches and registrars: Please note that this is a new program. The AD Outreach Committee welcomes constructive feedback and will be reviewing the program at the end of the season, making adjustments where necessary.
