Adirondack Swimming Team Information

 

 

Adirondack uses the AD Web Site and Email Only for ALL Communications.

It is imperative all team contact information is kept up to date.

 

Adirondack Swimming Requires the following information on file with the LSC Registrar and Webmaster so that we can be assured all news is distributed properly. Both the Registrar and Webmaster maintain these contacts in email address books and in a database for mass emails and mailings.

 

Please provide the Webmaster with the following information;

 

Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, Cell Phone (opt) and Email for all 3 Team Contacts.

 

We publish Name, Phone and Email of the Main Contact and Name and Email of the Registrar and Head Coach.

 

Main Contact: This person will receive ALL general AD News and will be informed when items of high importance are posted to the AD Web Site. The Main Contact Must check their Email and the AD Web Site quite regularly and be certain to print all news and announcements and provide the information to all members of their team, including coaches. The method your team chooses to use to communicate AD Information is up to you.

 

Team Registrar: This person will receive ALL Registration Related News and direct communications from the LSC Registrar. The Team Registrar is responsible for all registration functions and informing all team members of any registration issues and information. Although we do not publish the registrars addresses, it is imperative we have them as all registration materials and membership cards are mailed to the team registrars.

 

Head Coach: This should be your senior coach and he or she will receive email of interest to coaches.
