Unattached Athletes

If you are USA Swimming Registered and are not affiliated with a Club
you are recognized as Unattached

The Club Code for Unattached Persons is "UN" and our LSC is "AD"

Unattached athletes may enter any Invitational, Developmental or Championship Meet
as long as they have met the criteria required by the meet, such as cutoff times

AD uses Hy-Tek Team Manager Software for all Meet Entries
Hy-Tek offers a FREE, but limited, version of Team Manager
called Team Manager Lite, which is available for download
on their web site  www.Hy-Tekltd.com select "downloads"
This program will allow you to keep 3 meets on file at any one time
and offers full functionality for meet entries and most reports

Please follow the Instructions provided for Set-up on the
USA-S Registrations link on the AD Web Site
Once Set up, add your swimmer(s),
download the "HYV" file for the meet you need entries for
and import the HYV file to your Team Manager file
The program is quite easy to use and will provide entry exports, reports and fee summaries

Please remember, you may choose to provide the host club with manual (written) entries
this is acceptable, however, the host team may choose to charge a fee, up to $25,
for each swimmer (or family) who uses manual entries
