ALL Swimmers in Observed Meets are Included as UN (Unattached) Swimmers in SWIMS
The "HY3" files are for Team Manager Users Only ... The "SD3" files are for Team Unify Users and Other Team Management Software

Requests for SWIMS Times Load must have been made by submitting a completed Form C, before the end of the meet
NO After-the-Fact Requests will be honored

Swimmers who made requests for SWIMS Times Load AND were USA Swimming Registered on the Date(s) of the Meet
will have their Individual Event times loaded to SWIMS
Backup Data and SWIMS Reports are Available Upon Request of the AD Sanction/Times Chair

NO Relay Times were loaded
These times can be loaded for those swimmers who have previously made requests
In order for a relay time to be loaded, ALL 4 Swimmers MUST Have Been Registered
to the same USA Swimming Club on the Meet Date

NO Legal Split Times were automatically loaded
These times can be loaded for those swimmers who have previously made Form C requests
Legal Splits may be loaded, by individual request ONLY, until 1 month after the meet
A Legal split will be loaded Only if it is a swimmers Best Time in that event, in the current season
